My sympathy to the family. I never met France but knew some of her sibling well. I was raised in Winona and attended church with Ruth and Maude and bought gas from Harry for years. I worked with Ruth and became good friends. I heard her speak fondly of Frances. I know she was as unique and special as Ruth was.

Frances was a fun lady.....always a smile....will miss her...:)
