Robert “Bob” Lisle Wilson, age 65, of Hollister, Missouri, passed away at home Monday, April 1, 2019. He was born September 11, 1953, in Muscatine, Iowa, the son of William and Mary (Bloyd) Wilson. Bob was joined in marriage April 22, 1972, to Glenna Jo Staley. Arrangements and cremation are under the direction of Cremations of the Ozarks.

After graduating from West Liberty High School in 1971, Bob earned his associate’s degree. He was a dedicated, hardworking man as a convenience store manager. In his later semi-retirement years, Bob worked as a custodian for Branson Public Schools. He attended Cowboy Church at God and Country Theater. Bob enjoyed golfing for fun with his neighbor. He also enjoyed Nascar, the St. Louis Cardinals, and NCAA basketball. Most of all, he loved his family and will be missed by everyone who knew and loved him.

Bob is survived by his loving wife of almost 47 years, Glenna Jo Wilson; his parents, William and Mary Wilson of Iowa City, Iowa; a daughter, Cassandra Moore of Hollister, Missouri; a son, Scott Wilson; and a brother, William (Sharon) Wilson of Atalissa, Iowa.

A celebration of life will begin with a visitation at 10:00 a.m. with service to follow at 10:30 a.m. and then lunch on Saturday, April 6, 2019, at King’s Chapel (currently at Yakof’s Theatre) in Branson, Missouri. To leave an online condolence, please visit
