NORMAN KENNETH BRADLEY, son of Elsworth and Emma Brown Bradley, was born February 11, 1929, in Stoutland, Missouri and departed this life March 2, 2011, at his home in Stoutland, Missouri, at the age of eighty-two years.

Norman made a profession of faith in Christ and at the time of his death was an active and faithful member of Tabernacle Baptist Church. He treasured every moment he spent with his church family and took every opportunity to share his testimony.

He was born and raised in the Stoutland, Missouri community, where he graduated from high school and eventually raised a family. Norman appreciated the closeness of the small town and the many dear friends he made through the years.

On December 24, 1951, Norman was united in marriage with the love of his life, Georgiana Lawrence. They married after only five weeks of knowing each other. However, those five weeks turned into fifty-nine wonderful years together raising a family on the farm, where they remained.

Norman proudly served our country in the United States Army from May 3, 1951 until his honorable discharge on April 24, 1953. While in the service he was stationed in Germany and obtained the rank of PVT-2. Norman remained dedicated to the future successes of our country and loyal to the time he served.

He is survived by his wife Georgiana; two sons, Robbie Bradley of Big Cabin, OK and Jimmie Bradley and his wife Patricia of Stoutland, MO; two daughters, Norma Rayfield and her husband Wayne of Lebanon, MO and Luana Mizer and her husband Clifton of Englewood, CO; two brothers, Richard Bradley and his wife Joan of Camdenton, MO and Lawrence Bradley and his wife Wilma of Kansas City, MO; two sisters, Virginia Bookhout of Springfield, MO and Margaret Murrell, of Lebanon, MO; eight grandchildren, Bobbie Bradley, Timmie Bradley and his wife Christina, Anthony Bradley, Norman Bradley and his wife Leah, Benjamin and George Bradley, Joseph Mizer and his wife Brigitta and John O’Brien and his wife Pam; one great-grandchild, Orion Bradley; other relatives and many friends.

Norman was preceded in death by his parents, his brother, David Bradley and one daughter-in-law, Linda Bradley.

A wonderful husband, caring father, fun-loving grandfather, cherished brother and loyal friend, with the ability to love unconditionally and make people smile on their darkest of days; he will be dearly missed by all whose lives he touched.
